Katina is a Realtor® in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Her specialties include waterfront property and combining her Feng Shui background to match the right buyers with the right house.  To help find the perfect home for her clients, she enthusiastically guides them into alignment with their space - identifying and improving targeted aspects of their lives to manifest their highest aspirations. To help sell a home, she combines her background in Interior Design and her Home Staging Expert designation to enhance the home with color, accessories, interior flow and curb appeal.

Katina holds a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, is a founding partner and teacher at The Center for Feng Shui & Intuitive Arts and is a member of the International Feng Shui Guild and Co-Chair of their Education Committee.  She is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors and an active member of the town of Tilton being on their Budget Committee and a Den Leader for her son’s Cub Scout Pack.
